How You Can Help

Your continuing support in informing yourselves and others and in expressing your views to elected officials and others is greatly appreciated and a huge part of our success.

In running a non-profit organization, PPPI has expenses, such as incorporation fees, mailouts, and putting on an Annual General Meeting. We produce factsheets and pamphlets and maintain a website. We put on educational events and tours. We speak and have displays at key conferences and environmental events. We attend meetings with local and national organizations and policy-makers.

This PPPI Fundraising Letter (pdf) (doc) from March 2021 highlights our achievements and the need to support our efforts.

We would appreciate any financial contribution that you may be able to make to PPPI. All donations, small or large, will help ensure that our important work on grasslands conservation will continue. This donation form (pdf) (doc) also indicates some other ways to help, through donations-in-kind or practical assistance. Use the reverse side to add any of your ideas or comments.

How to donate:

  1. Send a cheque addressed to: Public Pastures – Public Interest, 2517 Coronation St., Regina, SK, S4S 0L1   Include a filled in donation form.
  2. Email public4pastures(at)gmail.com and set up an electronic transfer. Print and scan your donation form and email it to us, or just send it in the regular mail.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT provide a receipt for income tax purposes. PPPI is officially registered as a Saskatchewan non-profit organization. But because we are considered an advocacy organization PPPI is not eligible to have charitable status with the federal government, and therefore we cannot issue income tax receipts for donations.
